1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RapidPay at 4rapidpay.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our platform.
2. Description of Service
RapidPay is a decentralized bounty platform built on Solana that enables users to create, claim, and complete bounties with instant cryptocurrency payments. We facilitate connections between bounty creators and workers but are not a party to the agreements between them.
3. Platform Fees
RapidPay charges a 2.5% platform fee on completed bounties.
- Fee is deducted when the bounty creator approves submitted work
- Workers receive 97.5% of the bounty amount
- Platform receives 2.5% for service maintenance
- This is 8x cheaper than Upwork (20%) or Fiverr (20%)
Early Adopter Benefit: Users who join during our early adopter period are locked in at 2.5% for life, even if we increase rates later.
4. User Responsibilities
Bounty Creators must:
- Provide clear, accurate bounty descriptions
- Have sufficient funds to pay bounties
- Review submitted work in good faith
- Pay workers promptly upon satisfactory completion
Workers must:
- Complete work according to bounty specifications
- Submit work honestly and on time
- Not claim bounties they cannot complete
- Communicate issues promptly
5. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fraudulent or misleading bounties
- Submitting plagiarized or stolen work
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Attempting to manipulate or game the platform
- Harassing other users
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system
- Money laundering or other financial crimes
6. Payments and Transactions
All payments are processed on the Solana blockchain.
- Transactions are final and irreversible
- Users are responsible for gas fees (typically less than $0.01)
- RapidPay is not responsible for wallet security
- Never share your seed phrase with anyone
7. Dispute Resolution
RapidPay provides a platform for bounty transactions but does not arbitrate disputes. Users are encouraged to communicate clearly and resolve issues directly. We may, at our discretion, investigate reports of fraud or abuse and take appropriate action, including account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
Work submitted for bounties transfers to the bounty creator upon payment, unless otherwise specified in the bounty description. Workers should not submit copyrighted material they don't have rights to transfer.
9. Limitation of Liability
RapidPay is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform use, including but not limited to: lost funds, failed transactions, disputes between users, or any damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users may disconnect their wallet and stop using the platform at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of RapidPay after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced on our social channels.
